We have so many people to thank at Gaia Lodge for all of their help and incredible service for the time we were there: Camilla, Luciana, Mauro, Facundo, Abril (apologies if we’ve forgotten anyone). Aside from the amazing staff at the lodge and restaurant, this was one of the highlights of our entire trip to South America. The lodge and vineyard itself are stunningly beautiful – with a few of the Andes in the background no matter what direction you look in. We had some of the most amazing meals here (breakfast is included!) with many of the ingredients coming directly from their property. The rooms at the lodge are spacious and affordable not to mention how comfortable, clean and quiet it is to stay there. We can’t say enough good things about this place and the people who work there. We were so sad to leave, and can’t wait to come back
Cannot recommend enough, stay here if you can! My husband and I stayed for two nights in September and had a wonderful time. The building and rooms are clean and beautifully decorated. Service was great and everyone was so kind. The view is unbeatable, waking up to sunrise over the Andes. Comfortable bed. Breakfast is included and very tasty. Afternoon snacks and dinner may be ordered. The chef is very talented and we had a very tasty dinner! Thank you for a wonderful stay.If you are coming by car, look for signs to the lodge from the main road. Google Maps takes you down the wrong road if not careful!
Came here on a winery tour. Had a tasting and lunch pairing. Highly recommended.
My husband and I stayed at Gaia lodge for 3 nights in late December. Our stay was perfect and I would not hesitate in recommending to anyone and would definitely stay there again. We had a ground floor room, with a lovely patio where we could sit in the evening sun with our complementary bottle of wine.Food at Gaia restaurant was delicious, in fact we ate there twice. Breakfast at the hotel was really good, with a good choice. Plus you can also have dinner in the hotel restaurant (separate to the Gaia restaurant in Domaine Bousquet)Wine tour is also a great experience.Location is great for travelling around to a number of other wine estates (Azul, Andeluna, Finca Sophenia and Salentein). We actually borrowed the hotel bikes (not the best) but got us from a to b. Would recommend arranging a driver for a more stress free experience.All in all, a great experience in a beautiful part of the world.
